The Details

Ceremony

The ceremony will be held at the Deer Park Lodge at Bridger Bowl Ski Resort. Follow the signs.

Reception

Reception and cold brew happy hour in the same location immediately after the ceremony.

Please note as we are on a ski resort, the terrain is not “high heel” friendly. If you would like to wear heels please opt for wedges that are comfortable for walking on gravel, grass, and won’t fall through a grated porch.

Accommodations

We recommend staying at The Best Western Plus (amazing scotch eggs), The La Quinta Inn & Suites or Springhill Suites. Airbnb is always a good option as well. Considering we are getting married on the first Montana State Bobcat football game of the season please book your hotel early.

We love your children as much as you and want them to all join. If they would like a kids meal for dinner please let us know on your RSVP.

Important Notes

Seeing how we will have a large number of children at the wedding we would like to be transparent about the music and environment later in the evening. We are planning to have a photo op exit around 8:00 pm and we welcome anyone who does not want their children listening to secular and electronic music please plan on wrapping up around that time.

We are so excited to celebrate with everyone, for any additional details please check our website first if the question is still unanswered you can text either of us.

We love all of you and your significant others. Unfortunately we are limited by the size of the venue and if your significant other is not included on the RSCP page we do not have room for extra seats at the wedding.
